The Angel of Goodwill

The Angel Of Goodwill is seen in the Lodge emblem as depicting Goodwill over the world.

The Lodge of Goodwill is a small very friendly Lodge, and their members have a lot of ‘goodwill’. As shown in the family history, family plays an important role in Goodwill.

The members constantly raise funds for charity and the new Master each year chooses charities to benefit from funds raised in his year, including a personally chosen charity.

There are six regular meetings a year and the members hold a variety of social events for family and friends.

Every year there is usually a -

Burns night celebration in January with a traditional Scottish address to the Haggis, A Piper and a drop of Scotch with a hearty toast to ladies, family & friends invited.

Past Masters night in February.

Ladies Evening all welcome.

Sunday lunch all welcome.

Garden party—usually at the Masters Home, family & friends invited.

Installation of the new Master in September.

Christmas dinner at Severn Street, in December, family & friends invited.
